Devlet Bakanı Zafer Çağlayan, Başbakan Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’ın bugün kullandığı Hybrid motorlu alternatif enerjiyle çalışan arabayla ilgili, ”Bana göre Türkiye açısından dünyanın çok önemli yatırım ve markası olacak, tüm dünyaya Türk adını, Türk imajını duyuracaktır” dedi.
Başbakanlık Resmi Konutu’ndan çıkışında Başbakan Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’ın bugün kullandığı araca ilişkin gazetecilere bilgi veren Çağlayan, makam aracında yanında oturan arabanın tasarımcısı Murat Günak’ı da tanıttı.
Günak’ın, Wolsvagen ve Mercedes firmalarında tasarımcı olarak çalıştığını anlatan Çağlayan, ”Murat Günak kardeşimiz Passat’ın, Mercedes C serisinin hem marka yaratıcısı, hem tasarımcısıdır. Kendisinin yüzde 100 elektrikle çalışan, yapmış olduğu bir prototipi sayın Başbakanımıza görmesi için getirdiler. Sizlerin de gördüğünüz gibi Başbakan arabayı kullandı” diye konuştu.
Aracın, dünyada bu özelliklere sahip ilk otomobil olduğunu kaydeden Çağlayan, otomobille ilgili daha önemli gelişmeler kaydedilmesini beklediklerini belirtti. Çağlayan şöyle devam etti:
”Öylesine güzel bir yatırım, böylesine özel ve güzel bir dizayn… İnşallah gelecekte dünyanın en önemli markalarından biri olacak. İlk tasarımı, ilk markası olacak, Türk malı, Türk damgasını alacak. Türkiye’de üretilecek. Türk sanayicisi Anadolu’daki KOBİ’leriyle beraber üretecek. Son derece önemli. Sayın Başbakanımız arabayı kullandılar. Kendilerine araçla ilgili gerekli bilgileri verdik.”
Çağlayan, kendisinin de test ettiği aracın kullanımının son derece pratik ve güzel olduğunu söyledi.
Aracın çevre dostu olduğunu, çevreye hiçbir olumsuz etkisinin bulunmadığını anlatan Çağlayan, katı yakıt kullanılmayan otomobilin güneş panelleri kanalıyla bataryasının şarj edilebildiğini söyledi. Çağlayan, ”Bana göre Türkiye açısından dünyanın çok önemli yatırım ve markası olacak, tüm dünyaya Türk adını ve Türk imajını duyuracaktır” dedi.
Günak da sorular üzerine, aracın sıfır gaz emisyonu olduğunu, sessiz çalıştığını belirtti.
Tasarım üzerinde 2 yıldır çalışıldığını kaydeden Günak, ”Beyefendiye gösterdik. Bizim için çok büyük bir gün. Mutlu bir şekilde geri dönüyoruz” dedi.
